SHIPPING POLICY

We offer flat rate shipping within the United States and Canada. Once you receive your confirmation email you will receive your purchase within 6-9 days.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If your purchase arrived is defective or faulty please email us at hayabeauty8@gmail.com and we will do our best to find a solution. 

 

Returns and Exchanges are only accepted for merchandise that is defective

Defective means it arrived in a faulty condition, has not been worn or washed.

Once our customer service team responds, the customer can then ship the merchandise back using the shipping carrier of their choice. The package must have a tracking number.

*NOTE we do not pay for return shipping*

Refund will be given in the form of store credit or refund to original form of payment
